We are a local, boutique management company that has been proudly serving property owners since 2008. We are small enough to care about every owner's needs, yet experienced and equipped enough to provide maximum rental income year after year. The BAVR Difference
* In addition to the traditional online marketing channels, we have a steady stream of high-paying guests coming from a network of Golf Vacation Companies. These guests book further in advance, pay 25% more on average, and are generally easier to manage. Our sister company, GolfTroop, is our preferred golf vacation provider, booking thousands of room nights every year.
* Most other management companies will add additional fees to the cost of the reservation, or mark up the cleaning cost. We don't do this! It's a way for these companies to offer a lower commission split, but make additional money on your property, without splitting it with the homeowner or being transparent about what they are doing. It makes the property more expensive, and less competitive, at the expense of the owner.
* All homeowners have a dedicated rep available Monday - Friday. In addition, there is always someone on our team available 24/7 for urgent matters. Our dedication to our homeowners is our top priority.

Cleaning Services
Well & Good Cleaning Services is our trusted, and exclusive cleaning partner. They provide services for every item needed at a property between guests. This includes professional cleaning, off-site laundering/linen servicing, and supplying guest essentials. Anything that's needed to ensure the property is fully guest-ready.
