After working from home for the past 2+ years, we really needed a change of scenery, so we rented The Refuge in Fountain Hills last week for a "staycation." We absolutely loved it! Everything about the rental is top notch - spacious bedrooms, luxurious linens; big, beautiful kitchen; indoor pool with waterfall; TVs throughout, including large smart TVs in both living room/den areas; pool table, dart board, outdoor grill and seating area, fire pit, putting green and hot tub under the stars. While we were only 15 minutes away from home, the lush desert landscape in the back made us feel like we had traveled somewhere else. It was so quiet and peaceful. After having a horrible experience with VRBO last year, I was hesitant to try another STR, but BAVR patiently answered all of my (many) questions and were available for any issues that arose during the stay. We will definitely rent from BAVR again!

We used this company's home in Scottsdale, beautiful very accommodating for a large group. Clean and kept. We loved our stay and the communication between us was timely and pleasant as well. Would recommend and will be staying with them again to try out their properties.

The condo was perfect for our family! The beds were set up ( singles and king) based on the needs of our family. There were plenty of towels, kitchen necessities, trash bags, coffee, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, shampoo, …. The bathrooms had new shower curtains! The pool was wonderful with plenty of lounge chairs and tables, and our patio was private with an interesting view of desert life! Any question we had was answered so quickly. We extended twice, and that was easily arranged. Perfect week! Thanks so much!
